I am having charset problems with a phpBB forum I had. I have since removed it and am about to re-install it, what charset should I use in order for my forum to display €, £, $, %, ". and other charcathers, I only have limited charests.

I have asked all around the net for this for the past 24 hours and no one can give me an answer

Well, a regular forum install would allow you to use any regular chars, wouldn't it? I don't see what the problem is? o_o
