What will make me want to come to your gaming site rather than one of the millions of others that exist?

There's a light blue bar going across near the top that does nothing except say "mid." Either put that to use or get rid of it.

Same thing about the black vertical bar going down the right side, except it does nothing except be black.

It resizes well, which is good. I was a bit worried about that since everytime I've seen a menu like that the site didn't resize at all.

And I'm assuming you're not done with it since there's one game.

you have used a template that is built using tables. tables are out and css is in.

i think you could afford more color.

you need cell padding to move the text away from the border.

you are giving advice on web design. not good. giving advice on manipulating tables is wrong. css all the way m8y.

i would lose the glastly 'raised' borders from around some of the tables.

logo text isn't that easy to read.

that said i can see you have worked hard. well done. but as waffles said, there are hundreds of gaming sites out there. you need something special to even stand half a chance. its a tough world m8 :/

learn CCS and come back with something to blow my socks off :)

there is a lot of empty space below the heading banner.
right side column looks completely black.
there are only a few games i think.
there is a lot of blank space at the bottom too.

It's too disjointed. You need a centralized theme. Also more interactivity with the user is needed. Good first steps though.

You still have a lot of empty room on the right. Use it up somehow.

And don't put the top ten list until you have at least enough stuff to fill it up. It's a gaming site. I don't know about the game you have, but unless it's that good people will go play somewhere else so they can play more than one game.

I like the look of it. It's really not that far off from being really good. Just get your stuff off of the left side.

As most net surfer use higher resolution as 1024 X 768, should I just make my site base on this resolution and no 800 X 600? Or stretch-able width that fit both resolution is still the better option? I think stretching a 800x600 layout to higher resolution will somehow create lot of empty space in the screen.
please advise

Stretch it. At least have the same amount of empty space on both sides. Right now, it's just bad with all of that nothing on the right.

While it's true that most people use above 800x600, you can't forget about them. I really wouldn't worry about the empty space. You already have it. By spreading it out you seemingly make it less.

Allright, I guess this layout should be better than the previous version
