Flash site

Hey, I made a flash/shockwave website, and I uploaded it to the net, but it take forever to load up...what can I do to make it quicker?

One thing that add to the loading time quite a bit is sound. If you remove all sound that might help things. also if you would like to post a URL we'll be glad to take a look and give you an evaluation. :)
