what size Mpegsfor T1/T3 and DSL/Cable

Hi all,
I want your humble opinions please.
I am putting downloadable movie files on this site I am doing.
The question is, taking download speeds into consideration, which size files shall i link to what? The sizes of file I have are
10MB
15MB
20MB
I was going to go for the following:
T1/T3: 20MB
DSL/Cable: 15MB

What do you guys think?

should I do the following instead?
T1/T3: 15MB
DSL/Cable: 10MB

Please let me know guys! I gotta upload this damn thing soon! lol

BTW it's a Showreel for a Film Director if that helps

I would stick the 20mb on the T1/T3 line and the 10Mb on DSL/Cable, just my opinion anyway. it really wouldn't matter since they are both pretty fast.
