Quicktime Query what is best to do here?

Hi all,
Wel so i have the Quicktime movies as Downloadable links on my site, but when you click on the link it opens the movie but embedded in a web page, and the player can't be resized.
I think it'd be better if it did a regular "Save to disk/ Open from this location" routine.

Any help much appreciated!

Tell your users to right-click on the link >> Save target as.. >> Saves to HD ;)
