help getting a script

HI, I know this has nothing to do with html layout, but can someone help me to get 2 scripts: both scripts are at http://www.cosmocanyon.com/. What I wanted on this site is 1)The little menu tree thing: when you click the text link, a whole menu appears under what you clicked. 2)I think the webmaster of the site used a layer. See that "table" where he wrote LATEST NEWS, sometimes if there is alot o' text in there, a little scrollbar appears, same thing that happens in forms only in forms you can erase the writing in them.
