Hi I downloaded an interface for my website. I unziped it and its in a .psd format. What program do I use to open/utilze it with? Thanks

Paint shop pro or adobe photoshop will open.

If you downloaded it from freewebtemplates.com there should also be a gif or jpg version on a black or white background.
