Best approach for new site?

i am making a new site which i want 2 put adverts on

would it be best to apply for adverts and then make the site or to make the site first bearing in mind that i want the ads to fit into my page

would i be able to sign up for ads with an unfinished site

btw - i have been rejected by google already for some reason

you might have been rejected because your site was not actually finished...

Well, I was going to recommend google, but...

Whatever you decide to do, make sure you get the ad dimensions before you design your site, because you don't want to design it then redesign it to get the ads in.
