Found this host... unlimited webspace, subdomain, NO ADS! cgi access and heaps more. Just the thing that worried me, there were no ads and it seems too good to be true :( so does anyone know anything about this company or has anyone tried them before? Thanks!?

Hmm...it seems to me that they are an ISP, and when you sign up with them, you get free, ad free webspace. Just like BT Internet and Freeserve. (Both of them big hosts in the UK.)

But I could be wrong....

Yep, that's exactly what it is.

Take this from the Webspace FAQ:

I cant connect to my homepage webspace.
To be able to FTP to your free unlimited webspace you must be using the IofM.net dial up connection, otherwise the FTP program will just ' timeout' without connecting. Click here for information on how to access your webspace.

The ISP only serves the UK and the Isle of Man.

You need to be their ISP member to get the webspace

oh yeh well I got an e-mail from them and you're all right. Thanks for replying. I made the wise decision about not getting high hopes about this but it sounds pretty good. Just that the dial up costs a bit more.

'You are under no obligation, there are no binding contracts and no charges apart from what you spend on telehone hook-up time.'

:D actually I like f2s now, they have restored my site. And I am going to be buying more processor time, because I went over the "1.26 mm MHz" value or something ;)

I told you it was a popular site :D Dedicated server here cloud comes :D :D :D
