No host offers unlimited bandwidth and no host offers unlimited space. Some may say they do but they are liars.
DiscoveryHost.com offers 500MB space, and 10 Gigs a month bandwidth. It costs $50 a month.
Wow if 30GB isn't enough for you then you really need a dedicated server. Most dedicated servers don't even offer that much bandwidth and they cost around $200 a month. How much traffic do you get if you need that much bandwidth?
Good Luck,
Paul
You need a lot of bandwidth, yet cannot afford to pay so much for it. It will cost you more than $25! Also, there isn't such thing as unlimited, as Dave said. They just say that b/c they think that people won't use as much space/bandwidth.
How much bandwidth do you need?
You can go to http://www.one2host.com/
They offer unlimited bandwidth for each plan they offer.
looking for more hosts, look here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/ It is a forum dedicated to webhosting.
I just found another site that claims to offer UNLIMITED bandwidth:
http://www.bandwidthunlimited.net/hosting/
And yet another:
http://www.bluedomino.com/ (look at the 'Bluedomino' package). It's $ 18.95 a month.
StillI urge you to not go for hosts that mentions "Unlimited".

although i've never tried bluedomino, those are the very same people responsible for coffeecup and firestarter. if i had the moolah, i'd do it in a heartbeat.

I have to agree with the rest. Stating "Unlimited" is just a ploy to get customers. :( When pple really start using a lot of space or bandwidth, they will point you to their ToS and shut down your account. Be sure to check the ToS of whatever company you sign up under.
You may want to go to this site as it talks about UNLIMITED bandwidth scams:

Read the TOS for some Unlimted Hosts. Some of them say you cant use anything over a certain amount. NO HOST CAN HAVE ANYTHING UNLIMTED.

Sure do, however the bandwidth must be purchased as it is used, unfortunately it is still not unlimited.

Out of curiosity what Datacenter do you use Jason, or do you have it hosted in the office? I've seen good dedicated servers for only $99 with 200GBs transfer. The only problem was that it did not come with a control pannel which could cost atleast 100-2000 dollars.
Thanks,
Paul

Big Resources has a dedicated with rackspace, And dedicated servers CAN NOT cost $99 for 200gb og bandwidth, unless you use like rackshack which sucks. that would be less then 50 cents per gig. Either its on a ****y backbone, or they are just stupid.

Actually it was a special on a site. One of my friends tested their connection and it was very good. Had very little pocket loss and downlaod reletively fast. I did have some trouble beleiving that much bandwidth for such a low price but a few of their customers said it was for real, offcurse they never hit more then 40 GBs themselves.
Thanks,
Paul
Wow rackspace is really expensive. The bandwidth isn't good at all, no wonder Jason is paying so much.
Thanks,
Paul

it doesnt say unlimited bandwidth, did you even bother to read it?? probably not.
Its says:
'We offer "un-metered" transfer(bandwidth). Is this the same thing as "un-limited"? Not at all. Beware of anyone offering "unlimited" bandwidth. No quality webhost can offer unlimited bandwidth.'
they dont put a limit, but if they see that your using an absurdly large amount of bandwidth they will investigate, if you arent breaking the tos then they will most likely start charging you more.

If they say "unlimited" or "un-metred" it means the same thing.
If they say a "limit" or say "metered" it means the same too.

lol, no it does not, they are 2 totaly diffrent ideas. Unlimited means there is no limit, there never will be so you can use as much as you like.
unmetered is you dont have a set limit, but if you get to a point where you are using more then they like they will inquire and see if its justified, if it is justified they will leave you alone/charge you more, if its not justified they have the right to kick you off thier servers.

I gurantee you that if you go over 5 GBs of transfer they will close you down. No host can offer over 10GBs of transfer for $10.
Thanks,
Paul

I took a look at their site, but could not find any FAQ ,TOS, or AUP.
As always..."Unlimited bandwidth? Quick, somebody call Yahoo! They may want to be hosted there."
-Sorry...couldn't resist.

The funniest thing is this...
I design sites..ok, so what. I host them while designing the sites. I have a total of 26 websites, including mine on my server. This includes multiple mp3's (full length) avi's, mov's, mpeg's and various other "space" robbing files. Including 6 separate forums, all with databases.
I have used a total of 68 mb on my server.
What in the h**l do you need that much space for? You will never use it. Most websites on the web only use, on average maybe 20mb total. Obviously larger sites use more. Bandwidth is probably the most important feature in a host, along the side of PHP, ASP, MySQL and so on. Unlimited is just a fancy way for getting your business. There is no such thing as "unlimited". Except for email aliases! :).
Do you know how much 1bg of bandwidth is, in hits? A minimum of 200,000, give or take a few. If you are getting 200,000 hits a month to your site, then just pay for your own server, you should be able to afford it with 200K hits a month.
Just my thoughts.
Mike :)

Guys thanks for everything in this heated discussion.
I have found the perfect hosting deal, in the very essence of the internet. EBAY! i pay 25$ a YEAR and i get all the great stuff that i need. Plenty of space and 10 gigs of bandwith. That should be enough. And if it isnt i will just combine another account with the on i currently have. ALL GO LOOK ON E_BAY
