Hello, I am looking for somebody who is able to work with my graphic artist for an organization that is no profitable to make a php / sql based website. This webmaster needs to be somebody who likes to devote volunteering time to help an organization commence and grow. The webmaster who does this will be fully entitled to use our organization as referance for community service work for any resumes or job applications.

See to get any offers I would believe that you must first state the organization, as most people you volunteer usually do it because they agree with the ideals of the company/organization.

I do for HTMLForums to help others learn programming/database (Windows Platform).

The term webmaster is so over used and least correct for any position that people attempt to assign to it. But to each his own.
