Hi Jrvs,

I'll first start by clearing something up. ISP stands for Internet Service Provider. This is usually reserved by actual internet providers (such as AOL, Compuserve, etc), and web hosts. What it sounds like you want is to become a provider of "Remotely Hosted Scripts". This usually requires an expensive dedicated server, to run the scripts for your clients/members, and high end/unique scripts. However you may be able to find some basic scripts at sites such as http://www.123webmaster.com and http://www.cgi-resources.com top play around, or get you started.
