umm, well... I'm *not* apply, but maybe you could clarify :
you must be willing to help code the gaming site at no cost.
so you're saying that the prospective employee must be willing to code for your clients, and, lucky them, they don't have to pay to provide this service to your clients?

We might be able to arrange the coding for the gaming site with you at no cost, but alongside a project that you will get paid for.
Are you stating that if this prospective employee wanted a site for their gaming needs that would only be possible if they worked on another site where they would get paid to do? I guess this statement would make sense if it didn't come right after the previous one (wow, not only do I not have to pay for coding for you clients, theres rumor that I may get paid for it).

All our supporters see the work that they did on our site and wants our media team to do their team/company sites.
Your supporters are also your programmers of your website and your clients? So you need more programmers because you need them to make demand for their own gaming site that they'll probably have a hand in programming themselves?

I'm sorry, the more I read it the more it sounds like a scam. Not that I'm on the calibre to be able to do something of this, but I am on the calibre to know that your wording on this is a little unclear. Perhaps I'm just paranoid and once I understand your advertisement I'd realize you're legit.
