FTP Connection

I am not positive as to where to post this topic.

One tool I use to develop is DW and my connection always breaks when another location connects to the same server using DW or WSFTp, etc. I am unable to reconnect until that otehr connection is disconnected. I have checked on my IIS 6 server that it alllows more that 1 connection at a time. I am at a loss of where to check next. Two different location can establish an FTP connection but my location is barred. Thanks.

have you tried FTP in IE? I dont use it as much as CuteFTP but if you just type:

ftp://ftp.yoursite.com/ you should be able to log in multiple people,

if that still is causing problems then maybe the problem isnt yours but a restriction from the host?

Its not as much as logging in but I am also transferring files back and forth. So, even if i could connect I still could not do the other. But I have not tried specifically with IE. I am using Dreamweaver FTP to manage site files. Uploading/Downloading.
