that really wouldn't be a server-side thing - you could use javascript for it, as a client side, or some form of applet...

You would want something that keeps the time? Like shows the seconds adding up? Or is it sufficient just to have like down to the minute and have it change only when the person comes to the site or refreshes or goes to another page?
