i am new to this forum
can anybody tell me
some cool topics on which i should make

If you dont have a topic, dont forcefully try to make one up.
Internet is full of "Hello World" pages allready.
And welcome.

Welcome vineet.
As Vege says, unless you have a service to offer, or a cause to right about etc, or have a new, interesting idea, I wouldn't bother.
Maybe think about things you hear people talking about and try and write a site based on that.

The best thing to do, until you get an idea, is focus on learning the languages involved. Then, when you do get your computing epiphany, you can start work on it right away :).
In the meantime, you should mock up some different pages to practice code and design. The forums are alway here to help - have you been HTMLing long?

Welcome, I would recommend reading the site reviews section. You will find valuable info and opinions on sites people have created and submitted for review. It could lead you in the right direction.
Welcome, we are all here for whatever you need help with.

Just practice with designs and code on your own machine. W3schools (http://www.w3schools.com/) is a good resource for learning.

also, get a free hosting account with Geocities or Yahoo, and use them to practice your coding on.

Yep. You can use online free space providers such as Yahoo. I use Brinkster (http://www.brinkster.com) for my testing as it supports ASP

Freewebs.com would be better to practice with: no hoard of adverts like Geocities.

yeah...Geocities and Anglefire have those pesky ads. Angelfire has pop-ups as well.

You mean you want to put up a forum? First thing is decide a subject that isn't already beat to death. Then go find a forum script and give it a unique look like this site has. You need to elarn the prog. and make it look good enough for people to want to join and then make sure you know how it works.
If you mean make site that displays different forums on the web, you should still learn how forums work so you know what you are talking about.
Check out http://www.vbulletin.com or http://www.phpbb.com for forum prog.

P.S. Let us know what you intend to do, maybe we can help.
