1) Homepage - Very simple, although it is not completely obvious as to what you need to do here. Maybe you could say 'please click here' or something?
2) The Flash animations at the top of the page could be made so it doesn't move as much? It puts you off a bit.
3) Maybe pictures of the properties you are selling?
4) Load time is good.

Like... woah.... First major thing... SLOW DOWN THE FLASH. I seriously get dizzy from it and it's distracting... Or better yet, make it circle through a couple of photos and then make it stop at the one showing the two guys. C:
What I found amusing is how I found the magical music on that banner. XDDD I seriously started laughing out loud for some mysterious reason.
Hmm, let's see.. A basic introduction of text? If I were to look at this site without your comment, I would have no clue what it would be about. I also wouldn't know what all those links are. Despite them being categorised, what does Commercial mean? What does Holiday mean? That's part of the reason why I think an introduction text should be at the top.
When I click on any link, the layout changes.... But what kind of navigation is that? There's still these strange links categorised under something I don't understand... I do understand that these links are to pages with some sort of info, but why aren't there any other links? And what's the point of having a different layout with the exact same contents (save for actual information) for the index page? Lmao.
Sorry if I sound... offensive, I just find it strange and confusing.
Another point - a Sitemap. Some people don't have Flash for multiple reasons.... Besides that, a sitemap is always useful especially with many links for different subjects.
A definite plus is the registration form, or whatever it is... Although I still dislike the links there (a single "Go back to the main page" would work better) I like how it concentrates on the registration form only.
Uhm, yeah, so in a nutshell... While the first impression is good (it looks clean and organised) I dislike how confusing it gets. I'd probably be unable to find what I was looking for.

Thanks for the feedback chris and sadil. I agree with you Sadil of your points especially suggesting the introduction of text. Good point. I will do something about it.
not bad, but flash slows down loading time. don't you think you use too much flash?
it's kind of funny your site's using three languages.

a) Flash banner scrolls waaay too fast, highly distracting and it is hard to make out the pictures.
b) You need some sort of layout background... seperate from your page background.
c) The bullets are highly annoying and distracting... replace them altogether
Overall, it is okay. It is just a bit animation happy :D

Thanks for the feedback. I will do something to the flash, either slow it down or take it out.
