Browser Compatibilities

This has probably been metioned before, but I am new so have no idea where :confused:!

I have three sites here (my mums business) (http://www.halcyon-gifts.co.uk) here (my dads business) (http://www.kites-surveyors.co.uk) and here (my one, that's the one I am focusing on!) (http://www.unofficiallyfleet.com) , Open them up in IE, they look exactly how I want them to, Open them up in Mozilla, they go AWOL!

Is there anyway I can keep the looks and but make them compatible with Mozilla?
