Creating construction page, still access site

My site is under construction, and I've posted a page informing visitors of that (http://www.resolutionsys.com). What I would really like to have is the fully functioning site accessible to clients for proofing but still keep the construction page up for the general visitor. How can I do this? Thanks ahead folks!

create a seperate directory that only clients will know about. could also have it password protected. but this reallly doesnt' have anythign to do with adminstration.
