Where can I resell Domains

Hi,
I would like to start selling bulk domains to my customers. I would like to charge no more than 19.95 a year so preferably get the domain for me for about $10. Also if possible I would like to have my own custom design on the user options. If you can point me to the right direction I would be thankful.

also register.com offers a service, but it is not NEARLY as good as subportals service, and register.com overcharges, so i wouldnt want to work with them
