SMTP server?

I'm running a Windows 2003 server OS, Apache 2 web server, and I want to set up SMTP server. What is the best SMTP server to use with PHP. I just want PHP to be able to send out e-mail.

i've just had a look myself because I need to be able to test some email scripts without uploading to my webhost all the time, and found this one:

i'll let you know if it is any use once i've tested it...

(if it supports XP it should support 2003)

i installed it - but it refused to find my DNS and open the software
