Other people cant see The FLASH WHY ?

How come I can see the flash . that I did and I uploaded it to my website

and some people just see a white blank .. were the flash is suppose to come out

It could be that not everyone has updated to the flash 8 player yet therefore they don't see it if you saved it as flash 8, try saving as flash 7 and see what happens.
