Frames and new banners

Hello everyone! I got the info mail from control sugesting I visit the forums to solve any problems. My page used to appear with only one scroll bar, which is the way I like it! Now it has three and i dont like it no more! Help someone? I dont mind displaying an advertising banner, just want it on the bottom of my *main* frame window.
As yet I have no banners showing at all.
