Hi,

In attempt to add a 1000 more fonts to the Windows' font folder I lost some of the original fonts and now the error messages or popup windows are using fonts at 200pt+ size.

If I reinstall Windows 2000 (Pro) wouldn't it simply be like a software installation in this case and not cause anything to be erased right?

Suggestions?

yes, you can reinstall windows without formatting and it will just replace that which has be deleted.

but it is not recommended to install so many fonts as it brings down the resources as windows runs that folder each time at startup. the more you have the longer it takes to boot and run.
