Menu Needed

Hey guys, I have a site im programming and I need a drop over menu system, You can see the work so far at:

What I need is a subnavs to come out to the right of each link. So when the user hovers over the rollover image, i need subnavs to appear in a box to the right of them. Please email me rates and timeframe, I need this ASAP. Thanks
