ok...i know this is a terribly general title for thepost, but the problem isnt so simple...
i use DW to do all my FTP uploading for three different websites. for one website, i do a daily update and upload at around 6am. maybe 2 or 3 days out of the week, im not able to connect to the FTP server at DotEasy at this time of the morning. then, just to see if it was DotEasy's servers, i tried to connect to another server at IXWebhosting, and no luck. now, i took it up with my ISP figuring that it had to be on their end, but the results of a tracert test are the same whether i make a connection or not.
can anyone tell me who i should go after for this problem? the ISP says its the host, and vice versa (typical).
