WHY wont gif image work!?

its s'posed to be a gif that changes the picture every second or so, and it works on my friends' computers, but not on the one im using now!

Well it works fine, once it finished loading.. What internet browser are you using?

Whoa! 1.5mb for a gif? That is WAYYYYY too big. I think you need to find some other way to make the same transition. Flash or javascript might work for you. It does work fine. If it is finished downloading and you still can't see it work then either your browser or a firewall of some type is stopping animations. Do you have zone alarm?
