you can use a programs export options like those pre-packaged in Winamp. just remember, a 7mg .mp3 file will be around 70mg when converted to .wav

this is what you do...
1. go to Winamp.com and download the free winamp player!
2. open the .mp3 files you want to convert to wave
3. click the top left corner of the winamp player
4. go to "Properties"
5. Go to "export"
6. select "CD export, or wave file"
7. click OK
8. then click the play button
the files will be duplicated as .wav files located in the same dir as their source files!
and the monkey takes one of the larger wrenches ou of his closet and hurlls it toward Morph in hopes that he downloads Winamp and gets it to work!

sounds to me like your host won't acceps .mp3 files....
(lots of free hosts are doing this now)
there's not really much you can do, other than find another one that will....
posting song length .wav files is almost pointless....
a 3:30 min song will be around 50-70MB, which takes between 4-8 hrs to download on a 28k modem....
