My website and domain are available for sale.
This website has some good content. It has an old design that needs updating - this was one of the first sites I made a few years ago.

It is listed in DMOZ (http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Business_and_Economy/Financial_Services/Insurance/Health/) .
It ranks highly in Google (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hs=j6x&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial_s&q=dental+insurance+plan&btnG=Search&meta=cr%3DcountryUK%7CcountryGB) for a number of phrases.
I havn't put any effort into marketing or monotising the site. It ranks because it is old and is in DMOZ.
I would say you could make your money back on this site in less than 6 months if it was redesigned and a small amount of marketing was conducted.
My price is £400 ONO for the domain and the site.
