Hi,
I'm looking to rebuild a site that has emulators and roms. but most free web host providers consider that warez material and won't let me post it. I need a free web host with ftp, cgi-bin, and allows zip and exe files to be put up for download
I duno if there are any out there but I need somewhere to put my site up

Yes, I'm afraid that if indeed that is what you are asking us to do, then you won't get any help here. We can't condone warez sites, or any other sites that partake in illegal activities.

...ditto..., we could not recommend the recent warez site featuring on the boards, I don't think you will find a host that will >>knowingly<< let you host this type of thing. :( Don't bother trying, it is not worth it, make a site about something else, or atleast don't post the URL here. :D send it to c9 only (only joking) this is serious, you are about to break the law of the land.

hey yeh, my site used to have snes roms. I was partnered with Snespro, then they closed down, didn't know why. Then I found out it was illegal. Even if you do have a disclaimer

Dont know of any host that allows that sort of material, needless to say though, I got a lot of mail about why the area got taken out of my site!
