Someone said the following:
some developers do deliver the navigation after the main content as it's the most important informationSource: http://juicystudio.com/article/accessible-seo.php

The unfortunate thing is that my website (http://home.quicknet.nl/mw/prive/bisselink/layout.html) looks like this to spiders:

Source: http://www.anybrowser.com/EngineView.html

Therefore it is really important for me to know if the spider will find 'link1', 'link2', 'link3' etc. more important than the actual contents (Lorem ipsum).

Thanks for your replies.

Generally speaking, unless you're using heading tags (h1, h2, h3, …) around your links, then no, the search engine will not consider your links as more important than your content.

However, in your case…
You don't appear to be using any heading tags at all to define headings. Without those tags - as well as p tags to define paragraphs of content - to help the search engine recognise the important phrases and content, it is possible that the search engines cannot appreciate that the content is more important than any other text which appears on your page, including the links.

I just Googled these articles which should prove useful to you (and your visitors)…
