Javascript Scroller

I cannot seem to find a simple text scroller from top to bottom or vise vesa that auto fits into the <td></td>. Any references please?

I cannot seem to make the table cells tranparent along with the thin border. Any ideas?

Hi there Sunnah,

I ampresuming that you require rings01.jpg as a background for the two cells also.
In which case check the attachment. Note that I have also made the necessary
amendments to get the code validated. :)
