I think you're site is half-way good. When I say that, I mean that, it looks like you were designing pretty well until you got to the part after your navigation....the content. You need to style it up a little bit. For your homepage, you should use big words that convey something like AFFORDABLE HOSTING that stands out a little more (bolding is not enough).

You should try styling up the content area also. I'm not sure what it needs, but it looks bland when it has a white background and the overall background of the site is white.

Also, I don't like that advert at all. You're a hosting company. You make money from the people who buy your hosting. If you absolutely need to have it, you need to have better placement. Where it's placed now is the main focus area of the website, when you want your content to have that.
