Different problem, same site

After figuring out the DIV problem, I now find that the site is only working properly in Firefox. It's messing up in IE. Any ideas why?

Your site looks fine in IE and Firefox.

The site doesn't look ok in Internet Explorer. The blue rule down the left hand side stops half way down the page, along with the grey rule on the right. In addition, the background colour behind the content doesn't display at all.

I've been trying to get this damn page to work now for the last three hours or so with no luck. PLEASE help me :( I've managed to *almost* get it working, but raven-11 just won't do what I tell it to in either Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Whenever I resize the window to a size smaller than 800 x 600 there's a gap at the bottom of the DIV layer and I really can't figure out why.

If anyone can get this page working I would be so very very happy.
