Heya,
So, this is a site for a client that is a little over half done. Meaning the base is there, but not the content really. But (!) there are still things to look at. You can view the 3 news items on the bottom of the main page, the client interface (which I added a nifty little test drive button to so you can play with it), and the copyright statement (exciting!). Just looking for comments on the layout, color scheme, graphics, etc...
They wanted something clean and uncluttered, but still rich and vibrant to look at. Close?

Rip it to shreds.

Oh! Nice header and footer. Very nice. Only suggestion I would make there would be to find a way to lose the white box around the text. Maybe make the text white and continue the bars behind it?
I'm a little less jazzed about the content area. It's fine on its own, but you've got the really nice green and orange, and it just isn't meshing well. The temptation is to ignore the content area, which is less visually interesting. I'd suggest carrying the colors over into the content area, perhaps in muted version. If that doesn't work, maybe try a complementary color. Just not grey.
Also, having the content area be fixed width while the header and footer are liquid looks a little strange. I'd recommend finding a format for the content area that will stretch.
Lastly, I think you've gone a touch too low on the JPGs, quality-wise. It's most noticeable on the graphic for the newsletter story.
Very nice start, though.

the copyright in IE is in the middle of the content.

i second that, it is in the middle. I hate browser compatibility issues, they always take so long to resolve. good luck man

Good lord. What to do what to do...stuck with an IE that renders things properly (for once!) and no way to test...Which brings up a strange point as to why my IE renders differently then other peoples..
If anyone has any desire to muck about with it, be my guest (please!)

It likely depends on which version you're using. I've got 6.02, and I'm seeing what the others are reporting. IE6 renders significantly differently from 5.5 and 5.0. All versions are known to be quirky with fixed positioning. This may help clear up and resolve some of the issues: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/footers/.
