I AM NEW COMER .... And i am doing my degree project of BCS(hons) and i have left with about one month to submite my project and i want yours help........
I hope u will help me......

My first question is ....
Can we change browsers security settings using any scripting language????
if yes then send me some example code.....
i will be greatful to u .....
i am despreadly waiting :heartbeat

I don't believe you can legally change the browsers security settings. I know if I found out you were doing that to *my* browser, the law would hear about it. I don't want anyone messing about with my browser settings at all.

actualy i want to send some file to the clint's machine when ever he wisite my site ...... i will be failed to do so if his browsers security doesnot allows me to do so..... that is why i want to change his browsers setting .......
it is a part of my project .......
help me please ........

It can't be done without hacking into the browser/computer settings and we won't help you with a project like that, I'm afraid.
