Bookings Script

I have tried looking for this script but have not been able to do it.

Its an hourly booking page for a salon. (Web based). Its for members of an MLM company that can book appointment for the salon to test out slimming products for free.

Each session is about an hour and preferably visitors can book by selecting their desired time and date and venu and upon submission, an email will be forwarded to me and only the name or id and time is displayed on the calendar.

I dont mind if the free script comes with a rotating banner ad as long as its mutually beneficial.

Hi,
what you are probably wanting is a form that uses cgi as it has to write the visitors name or ID as the right time etc on the calendar, however, if you were wanting to write a calendar of sorts using tables and manually enter the visitors name etc when you receive their email, then I could make you up a form that your visitors could fill in all the fields of that could be submitted via email. Just let me know the details if you want to use a javascript form and not cgi.
