The best way to get traffic is to exchange links with sites that have a similar content to yours. For instance if you run an anime site exchange links with sites that have anime and have a little bit more traffic that you. Simply e-mail the webmasters of other sites and ask them to exchange links. This is propably the best way to get lots of traffic.
