Online billing company??

Does anyone know of a place thats just like instabill.com and does not charge me to setup a account? But they can take a % of the sales, say around 10% like instabill.com

Don't forget about www.paypal.com

They only take 2.2% and they also do online checks if you get their business account.

If you were to do this from your site, you would need to get the Premier account.
