Hey all...
As u can see I'm new to this forum, but I'll probably be spending some more time here ;)
Some background info : I'm currently working on the renewal of my site (some scooter site :D), which is currently pretty outdated, especially the layout, which I made about 4years ago (when my HTML knowledge was pretty basic). I'm still getting about 50 unique visitors daily, even though there hasn't been a mayor update for some years. I expect with the new site the number of visitors will increase to @ least 100 @ start.
But:
- I'm in need of an honest/good banner program that allows non-english sites
- The cheapest way to register a .com domain (I know one that only charges 13$ a year, which is pretty good I think. Maybe u guys know any better?)
- FREE hosting (only need 10megs or so) with CGI! I know that www.f2s.com offers this, but they are really slow and have a lot of downtime... I might consider only putting my scripts there and using a local server for the rest?
Let me know and TIA,
b00ster

Hey Mark, do you know of any that support JSP/servlets?

Time for me to buck up:D
JSP (free) hosts are hard to find because JSP use is scarce and nobody wants to host it.

Hi Mark, I suggest you update that list. Most of those hosts don't support CGI anymore or are offline.

That's what the reply was last time I asked on the Forum. Is it just because it costs so much do you think?

b00ster Don't use portland! It only allows a very less bandwidth of 100mb/month
