Question about a Hitcents and or Starsads

I'm wondering if hitcents and or starsads are still in business. The websites still work and I'm activily serving their ads, but the websites seem to not be updated

I was considering joining Hitcents, but I was disturbed by a clause in their terms of agreement, to wit: "Hitcents also has the right to refuse payment to members at any time and for any reason." I wrote to them TWICE and never got a reply. That did it for me.

I believe that clause was because they were having advertisers that abused the system by creating a program that kept on clicking their links to make more money... So the clause was added to refuse to pay them for cheating the system.

Personally I tend to use well-established systems. There are thousands of scam artists on the web, and I will better buy ice-cream to my daughter :)
