Here is a tip I use for IE5:
Instead of waiting for graphics to download before you see all the text in a page, you can set IE5 to put placeholders where the graphics will appear. You start browsing more quickly. Choose, Tools, Internet Options, and click the advanced tab. Type M to jump to the multimedia section. If this doesn't work just scroll down to the multimedia section and select Show Image Download Placeholders. Click OK to save your changes. This added quite a bit of speed when opening sites with lots of graphics. To all of you who sent me a critique response on my site, I thank you. I made the changes you suggested and maybe my site will be more user friendly. Thanks again, Hack
