blind link means u can link it to something like "click here to enter" or something. I dont think there is one that pays that much, that's not a scam. Try allclicks.com, they pay 3¢ a click, but at least they pay on time(just read their ToS first and visit their forums if you want to talk to other webmasters who use allclicks).
