PLEASE help me find this script

I am in serious need of help to find a
script that i've been looking for, for
well over a month. It is a script that
generates a specific image on an HTML
background or layout. The purpose being
so you don't have to create an HTML page
for each image you have. It works like
this. http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/image.cgi?
url_of_image_goes_here.jpg

The script also allows you to add text
to each image and allows you to adjust
the height and width settings by simply
modifying the URL. Someone PLEASE help
me find this script, and help would be
GREATLY appreciated.
