I am going through a tutorial on Macromedia Developer Centre called "Creating a Video Chat: Your First Macromedia Flash Communication Server MX Application"
In the tutorial they reference components I do not have:
"Select Communication Components from the Component Panel
pop up menu"
I cannot seem to find that component panel! As well as all these:
Drag a SimpleConnect component from the Component Panel to the top-left corner of the stage.
Drag a SetBandwidth component to the stage and give it an instance name of bw_mc in the Property Inspector.
Drag a ConnectionLight component to the stage and give it an instance name of light_mc in the Property Inspector.
Drag a PeopleList component to the stage and give it an instance name of people_mc in the Property Inspector.
Drag a Chat component to the stage and give it an instance name of chat_mc in the Property Inspector.
Drag an AVPresence component to the stage and give it an instance name of av1_mc in the Property Inspector.
Drag a second AVPresence component to the stage and give it an instance name of av2_mc in the Property Inspector.
Your stage should now look similar to the image in this illustration.
Now is a good time to save your work.
Now click on the SimpleConnect component, and look at the Property Inspector.
I don't seem to have ANY of these components. Where am I going wrong???? I have FlashComm and Flash MX 2004, please someone help me out!
Thanks.
