"Advancedsearch" cut & paste

I've just pasted this search facility into my page but all engines open a "cannot be displayed" page at http://www.personalcompass.com/empty.html What have I done wrong ?

theres no suchbox for us to test out and that link. All there is, is a banner and some text.

It's in 2 parts. My URL is :- http://www.la-cacerola.com/default.htm and the box is at the bottom of the page.I put the 2nd part where the box is and the 1st part in the >head< part of the page. I didn't edit anything
