Hi
Someone has made some (alledgedly) libellous remarks on the forum of a site I maintain.

The guy on the receiving end has gotten legal advice and his lawyers have contacted me to get details of the idiot with the bad-mouth.

I personally, am happy to supply these details but would I then be in breach of the data protection act?

Any ideas?

It seems that no one here knows, so my advice would be to speak with those evil guys in suits yourself, and get their advice.
