Is this considered spamming?

My index page is currently a flash intro and i understand there are implications with registering this page with SE's. I don't want to totally remove it right now but wanted to try this..if i redirect from index.html to home html then register index and home with the SE's, would this be considered spamming and would it have a negative effect on indexing? Might the site even be banned? If i do this, should i just register index as this will redirect to home.htm anyway?

Use this in the head of the index.html:
<META name="revisit-after" content="7days">
<META name="robots" content="index, follow">

You can register every page to the SE.....

Or simply submit home.htm, but this wont show the intro.
