How can I show the news from another news leading site (like cnn...) on my site?
(Like Dr.Web Has on his site...)

check around for other sefvices like moreover, but who offer translated. You may not find one for free, maybe you will. whkoh is definately the man to find this answer.

this is the best I can do. It needs you to state the categories and since the site is in Hebrew, I cannot do that.

But please....I really don't have a clue about
perl/cgi ... all I need is to show the entire news from there in a table of 200x200 (widthxhigh)
I know that it's "a piece of cake" but only if you know perl...
well I don't know perl ...you know perl... :D

Quite true, yes. That's the easiest script, IMO, to modify to your needs.
