free domain hosting prividers that support frames

Can you guys give me a list of free domain hosting services that support frames and javascript well. Becuase I've tried a few services and each of them either puts a banner in every frame, or puts a popup, but the thing Is that the javascript I use for a drop down menu reloads every time the window is resized, and when the pop-up loads the window is automatically minimized so the page re-loads, then another pop-up appears, and then when the user gets rid of all of them and makes the window normal size again, it re-loads.
